Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Last updated: October 23, 2026

Information collected

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver coaching, send booking-related communications, process payments and refunds, maintain business records, troubleshoot and secure services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Kyle does not send marketing email campaigns.

Services that receive information

Information needed to provide the service is handled through:

These providers may also process information for their own purposes as described in their privacy policies. Selecting a booking link takes you to Cal.com; its booking and payment services have their own privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. Kyle does not sell customer personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or provide it to third parties for their own direct marketing.

Cookies, tracking, and browser signals

The landing page does not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. Its videos are served as website files rather than embedded social-media players. Hosting and security services may use technical information or necessary cookies to operate and protect the site. When you leave this site to use Cal.com, Stripe, or Google, those services may use cookies and collect information about activity over time and across websites as described in their policies.

The landing page does not change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal. It does not conduct cross-site advertising tracking or sell or share information for that purpose, so there is no such activity on the landing page for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of. Browser cookie controls and the choices offered by each external service apply to those services.

Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide coaching, respond to requests, maintain payment and tax records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable requirements; providers may retain information under their own policies. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not send full payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information by email or in booking notes.

Your choices and California privacy requests

You may email kylelevo@gmail.com to ask to review, correct, or delete personal information held by Kyle. Include enough information to identify the relevant booking or correspondence, but do not send government identification or card details in your initial request. Kyle may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, transaction records, or disputes; applicable limits will be explained.

California residents can use the same contact method for questions or requests about their information. Rights under California privacy laws depend on which laws apply to the business and the information involved. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law. For information a provider holds independently, you may also use that provider's privacy-request options.

Children's privacy

This website and coaching service are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact Kyle so it can be reviewed and appropriately removed.

Changes to this policy

Changes will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Material changes will be highlighted on this website and, where appropriate, communicated by email to affected customers. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided before information is used in a materially different way.
